Development of music through playing the accordion

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the development of the musicality of preschool children using the accordion playing. It introduces this musical instrument, describes the musical development of a preschool child, mentions musical development in kindergarten and the most commonly used musical activities there. A significant part of the bachelor's work consists specific musical activities. The accordion is used in here. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to get acquainted with this musical instrument, to present specific musical activities aimed at the musical development of preschool children.

This bachelor thesis contains the psychological development of the child, auditory perception, vocal system, introduces us to the basic concepts of music theory, defines the concept of musicality, it introduces us to how music education affects the child's health. Finally, this thesis also offers examples of suitable musical activities for children of this age that can be used in music lessons.

Teacher's musical skills in pre-school education

Quality music education, motivation and support from managers can affect the quality of music activities. Teachers are often discouraged due to the time-consuming and difficulties in acquiring good quality music education however, musical activities affect the overall development of a preschool child and their frequency and quality depend on the preschool teacher. When educating music in any form, the teacher encounters problems associated with the implementation of musical activities. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to draw attention to the importance of musical skills, abilities and knowledge of preschool teachers and to map the risks affecting musical activity in the educational offer in connection with the musical skills of the teacher. The research was conducted using a questionnaire survey among preschool teachers. In the evaluation of the research survey, it was found that the negative aspects of musical activity mainly affect newly qualified teachers. By gaining experience, these risks are mitigated or even lost.
Development of musicality students at elementary school

The bachelor thesis is focused on musicality as a concept, the development of which is influenced by external and internal aspects. The development of musicality, ie musical abilities, can be created through musical activities. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of musicality, motivation and relation to music it also points out the musical development of man and psychological musical concepts that are associated with musicality. In the field of music psychology, it deals with the development of musical abilities through musical activities that are used in primary schools. Deviations that may occur in music are also mentioned, they are a disorder of musical abilities and higher manifestations of music. In its practical part, this bachelor's thesis focuses on a fun and educational form of developing musical skills and activities in practice.
Structure and Research of Out-Of-School Influences on the Musical Development of the Child

The Diploma Thesis deals with the matters of children's musicality and the main factors influencing it. The thesis includes a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the musicality issue and its structure, as well as on the factors that participate in this matter. Special attention is put to the out-of-school influences on the development of musicality. There is an outline of the influence of a family and its members, characteristics of a contemporary family and a present-day lifestyle. The thesis also deals with a social group influence and the impact of mass media, such as television, computers and the Internet. One of the subchapters is dedicated to the out-of-school artistic interests of children; another one deals with how music around us can act in a form of commercials, or in a store, for example. The practical part of this thesis is formed through a research oriented to the out-of-school influences mentioned above. This research was held at Libčická Primary School, Prague. Developing creativity of pupil at the primary school through notation software

In today's fast changing world, global development of information and communication technology significantly affects many fields of human activity including music and education. As a result, questions concerning effective using of modern technology in musical education have become a major topic within the pedagogical community. Presented dissertation thesis examines utilization of notation software as a modern teaching tool. The software was specifically used to further improve musical creativity of pupils at secondary school (grades 6 to 9). The very first part of the thesis focuses on research framework, contemporary musical technologies, and available notation software tools. A special attention was drawn to MuseScore software that was used in the research. Last but not least, this part of the thesis outlines vital facts connected with musical creativity field of knowledge. Second part of the thesis is dedicated to author's research and starts with determination of project scope, goals, and basic working hypothesis. Methods: In my thesis I mostly used analytic and synthetic method based on consolidation of data from written and video sources and their organization in content of my thesis and context of time period.
